Regular Choc Cake (low dairy)
For a low dairy Naked Cake, there’s no better choice than the most widespread of flavours. Chocolate goes with anything – especially our delicious fondants and freshcream! This is the best choice for beginners to start with, as it’s got the firmness and texture of a delicious mud cake, and doesn’t dry out easily. All our bases are moist and firm, and will be able to hold up the weight of our ganaches and cream cheese. All cakes are measured in diameter. Heights are standard at 3 inches regardless of size. Our estimates on how many people a single cake will feed is based on standard single servings. Please take this into account if you are catering for heavier or lighter eaters.
