Orange Almond Cake (gluten and dairy-free)
We’ve experimented with many different combinations here at Naked Cakes, and we believe we’ve found a great combination that marries the fresh, livening lifts of citrus and the mealy, savoury body of ground nuts. Highs and lows come together perfectly in our ORANGE ALMOND CAKE, born out of real orange purée and almond meal (made in-house, of course!) This cake tastes great chilled in the fridge, and stays moist throughout. Oh, and by the way, did we also mention it’s gluten and dairy free?

All our bases are moist and firm, and will be able to hold up the weight of our ganaches and cream cheese. All cakes are measured in diameter. Heights are standard at 3 inches regardless of size. Our estimates on how many people a single cake will feed is based on standard single servings. Please take this into account if you are catering for heavier or lighter eaters.
